This multi layered plot story kept me on the edge of my seat. There’s quite a few things going on in this book, and we as the reader are given a handful of characters to love (And on occasion, some not to love) It’s time to celebrate, and with family celebrations, you know there are bound to be some chaos and crazy….
And there was!
Plenty of secrets exposed, some drama unfolds, and some love is created. The author swept me into her world and into the dynamics of this family. I loved their speaking dialogue…although at times hard to follow, I could totally hear in my head their accents which made me smile. There’s just enough detailed imagery to keep a fresh picture in my mind as I was reading along.
I will be looking forward to more from the author. Such a hidden gem, waiting to be discovered!
