“Soulful” – “Oh, Cedar, My Cedar: Can a tree know its fate?” by Michael Bussa

This short story captured me right away. The author takes a strong tree like the cedar and adds a soul to it. I could feel its struggles with the seasons, its triumphs over seasons like it’s human. Highly recommended.
