“After being paralyzed in an accident Slade has given up ever finding love. ” – Coming Back Broken (New Beginnings Book 3) by Trish Edmisten

At the age of eighteen, Slade couldn’t wait to join the Army and get away from the boredom of small-town living. Two years later, his life is irrevocably changed when an IED blast leaves him paralyzed from the waist down. Though he’s back in the one place he was determined to get away from, things could be worse. At least he’s got a good group of friends to help him out, and that will have to be enough. No woman wants to be stuck with a broken man. Then Mac comes crashing into his life, stirring up feelings that Slade never thought he would feel again. As much as he wants her, Slade can’t believe she feels the same. Will his insecurities keep them apart, or will Mac be able to convince Slade she loves him the way he is? Author’s Note: Although this book is part of a series, it can be read as a standalone. This is a 68K word novel with a guaranteed HEA.

“Thank you Ryanne for once again pulling me into that mind of yours and showing me the genius of the writer that resides there.” – Despair: Book Two of the Negative Ion Series by Ryanne Anthony

Cassidy Wren followed her dreams and with her boyfriend, Eddie, she moved from a farming community in Iowa to bustling New York City.
Later, tired of rejection, a fateful phone call leads Cassidy to move again, this time to her hometown of Hampton, California, and try her luck there. Negative Ion keyboardist Greg Mitchell is embroiled in a nasty custody battle with his ex while attempting to heal and keep strong for the rest of the band members after the loss of a brother. Sparks fly when Cassidy and Greg’s paths collide, but the guilt from their unusual rendezvous may just be enough to destroy her. Plus, Cassidy’s new friend Kimber is hiding something, and she suspects it has to do with missing Negative Ion drummer, Jaxon Malloy. Cassidy soon finds her life in complete flux, and she doesn’t know who to choose: the man she knows will always be there for her or the man who sets her body aflame?

WOW… INCREDIBLE… INSANE… AMAZING…

This book totally blew my mind, but in a good way. Cassidy has to choose between the hot, and I do mean HOT attraction she has with Greg or the steady devotion but frustrated relationship she has with Eddie. Greg is a hot rocker from the amazing band Negative Ion, his world has been wrecked from the custody battle he is facing with his ex. Cassidy is living a boring and unsatisfied life with her boyfriend, Eddie. She has good friends and a steady man, but nothing sets her on fire until…One fateful meeting between Greg and Cassidy sets them both on fire not to mention had my kindle smoking. Cassidy now must decide does she continue with Greg or does she resume the life she knows will never satisfy her. Which would you choose: Hot and Passionate or Steady and Dependable? Just when you think you know what Cassidy will decide the twists that Ryanne loves to throw into her stories happen. If this is your first book from Ryanne, you are in for a treat. Ryanne writes hot and steamy stories with a story that makes you feel every emotion you have. I have read every book from Ryanne to date, and she hit it out of the park on this one. I have to say this is my favorite book of hers. I love how she pulls you in and makes you take this journey with her characters. Do I suggest you read it? HELL YES How many stars do I give it? ★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★

The first book in this series is Falling, do you need to read it first? Not really but it will help you understand some things that transpire, so I suggest you read it first. This book is about Greg, Cassidy, and Eddie. There are some twists and turns that will make your mouth drop open. Especially the part when… well, I will let you read that for yourself. Get your copy today you will not regret it, this is one book that is going to be re-read over and over again. Thank you Ryanne for once again pulling me into that mind of yours and showing me the genius of the writer that resides there.

“The author does a great job taking readers on a journey that combines suspense, romance, and a bit of history as they follow along on the journey.” – Out of the Wilderness (The Wilderness Series Book 5) by Pamela Ackerson

A marvelous and fantastic journey, enjoy little-known history crafted with original, brilliant, unforgettable moments, unforgettable characters, and an unforgettable adventure that will keep you shaking your head. Karen Standing Deer’s daughter, Jennifer, knows exactly what she wants–to fall in love and marry a Native American just like her father and brother. Everyone else is immediately dismissed. Her friends and family keep telling her, the one you want could be right in front of her face. Unfortunately, like watching a bolt of lightning hit the ground, there’s nothing that can be done about it. She has the uncanny knack of choosing the wrong men, every time. Traveling to the past, with the belief that her one true love can’t be found this side of the millennium, she refuses to learn that she doesn’t have to go back to the past to find the one–she just needs to go back to the past to find her path.

P.S. Winn

This is an amazing series.

This is the fifth in a series of books that involves time travel in a unique way. Jennifer uses a bed her mother received to go back in time. In this story, she is taken back to Florida where both Native Americans and African Americans were getting terrible treatment by America. The author does a great job taking readers on a journey that combines suspense, romance, and a bit of history as they follow along on the journey.

“The author’s imagination is just on full throttle, adding so much essence to the plot.” – Blood Phase (Book 2 of the G.O.D.’s Series) by Kirsten Campbell

5 glowing stars from me!

Having eagerly read Blood Master, I simply had to read this story too, especially knowing how imaginative and emotional this author’s creative mind was likely to be. Her stories ooze with great insight into the dynamics between characters while her imagination is just on full throttle, adding so much essence to the plot.
The story is like a layered cake, with Griffin and Tassta’s romance simply added as a delicious icing on the top for me…my goodness, I swooned. But, the romantic part did not distract me from the suspenseful segments of the story.
Just like in the Blood Master, the characters in Blood Phase are well-established and easily refreshed my recall of them so clearly in my head. Almost as if I was in the story, I got so caught up in it and I was compelled by my urges to read the story until I finished it, with the sun slowly peeking over the horizon in the morning.
I can’t wait to read the next sequel!!! I hope they make a movie of this story…Imagine watching it in 3D! *swoons*
