Five stars. Hampton Ford is Commander of the Aramis team. He helps everyone but he had a secret in his background. Ford is a twin. They were separated when they were seven. With help from his team after a twenty year separation he finds his brother his one true love and his genetic and family history. A fantastic story. I always loved Ford from the previous stories. I love Garren and the way his character is shown. I hope he mature’s enough to have his own love.

Loved Dallas and Donna. Donna pushed Dallas away a few months ago, and has regretted it ever since. She want’s what Cassidy has found with Raphael, Kimberly with Wheeler, and now Harper with Breken, she just doesn’t know how to get there. She is so afraid of becoming like her cold “trophy wife” mother, she can’t see she is nothing like her.
Dallas knows why Donna pushed him away and had been patiently waiting for her. When she seems to be a little to cozy with Miguel, he is done waiting. He gets some sage advise from both Breken’s grandfather and wise man Ford and has a heart to heart with Donna.
Dallas has his work cut out for him. Donna’s insecurities run deep. . He loves her and is willing to do whatever it takes. Donna loves Dallas and she is following Cassidy’s advise, but her inner drama queen, sometimes drowns out everything else out.
Dallas has issues too. He had a privileged but lonely childhood. His father cold and distant. He lost his mother at a young age. She was strong and brilliant and left him a legacy to escape his father. He has been connecting with his Uncle Beau, his mother’s brother, who works for MC Baxter and his Aunt and cousins, especially his cousin Dallas. Learning what having family truly means. His cousin Hope who becomes fast friends with Donna and becomes another positive voice in her life. Which she really need when her mother make her appearance.
His personal growth spreads into his professional life. He is slowly becoming comfortable with his roll with EROP. While they have always treated him as family he is now really seeing them as family too.
Great addition to the series. Fast paced and a little steamy. Loved Dallas’s connection to Beau. A few MC/Baxters/Princes make some memorable appearances. Love to see them. They show in just the right amount. Like seeing the relationship with them and the EROP becoming stronger, but separate. Hope to continue to see strong cooperation between the two.
While this book can be read as a stand alone, reading the first 3 books really enhances the story. Reading the Baxter’s, MC, Princes, DC and Protectors series enhances it further. Can’t wait for the next book. I love Ford, but not sure I am ready for him to find his happily ever after. He is going to need someone strong enough so give him the connection he is desperately looking for and soft enough to let him take care of her. I’m starting to feel a little sorry for Miguel. Can’t wait for the next book.

The new FBI director has taking a page out the the Baxter MC book and has set up a new branch of the FBI to offer support to any agency that asks for help in their jurisdiction. He has tapped Raphael to head it up.

Cassidy is a hard working DA, and bar owner. After Raphael is called out on his player ways, he wanders into Cassidy ‘s bar. They hit it off and Cassidy has Raphael rethinking his player ways. Cassidy thinks she has found a man her late father would have been proud to call son.

A case assigned to Cassidy at the last minute puts her life in danger. Raphael and his team jump in to protect her. His team help her get a conviction. She is still in danger when it is learned a serial killer she convicted is out and is hunting her.

Loved Raphael and Cassidy’s story. Loved that the series is part of the Baxter MC world. The brief cameos were nice. Loved Raphael ‘s team. It is huge, and thankfully a who’s who was provided at the start of the book. Can’t wait to their stories. The Golden Girls were over the top crazy. They need an introduction to the MC, they need some badass bikers to rope them in. Can’t wait to see what they get up to next.

A fun fast and steamy story. While it is tied to Baxter MC, Princes, DC, and Protectors books it can be easily read as a stand alone.

7 books, 4 series, countless reoccurring characters, all working for good. All Badass. Here’s our Js in the last book of the last series where nothing is as it seems.
Jacob has had enough. All in was supposed to mean something. What the hell is he doing wrong? Getting his partners to show at home is getting harder and harder. Begging is not Badass. He’s done.

Jeremy, Jacob and Aubrey have always been each others since they were five years old. What the three accomplished together has been phenomenal. Healers, seers,readers and so much more.
Jacob has been their handler through life. He has allowed Jeremy and Aubrey to remain child like in many ways. When he finally has enough of being the responsible one he moves out and leaves them on their own.
