“I have always loved Lawrencovna’s writing, and this one is the best so far!” – Lost Boys: A Second Star Story: A M/M Fantasy Reimagining of Captain Hook by Andi Lawrencovna

There is a story of a boy who never grew up. A boy who crossed worlds by learning to fly and fought pirates with a fairy at his side.
This is not that story.
This is the story of a man who took to the seas to escape his past and avoid his future, and the elf who dared to cross hooks with the pirate lord of the deep.

Redlord

A soldier serves out of duty and honor, loyalty to his kingdom – love of his lord. Love was what killed him, and the prayer that his prince might survive when he did not. Captured, condemned, and enslaved, Marius D’Corre died in his chains.

The man who survived… The pirate who emerged…left behind the name he once owned and boarded his ship to never look back.

Tolthe

Clerics are not meant to leave their Woods, living and loving within the trees they call home, one with the forest that claims all elves as kin. All except Tolthe, who stands in the shadows, never welcome amongst his brethren.

When the alfara is stolen, and Diety demanded one take up the hunt for the scythe, it felt only right that he leaves the Dienobo behind for whatever adventure waited across the world.

Lost Boys

There’s only so long you can run from the past before it catches up. And only so far you can travel before the home you’ve always longed for finds you.

When pirate meets priest, two worlds collide: the past Red can’t seem to leave behind, and the future Toma doesn’t know how to spare the thief from. For the first in a long time, neither soldier nor elf is alone, but being found only means there is more at stake to lose…

This book is a dark fantasy reimagining of the origins of Captain Hook and is intended for mature readers. There is triggering content that some readers may find distressing and language that might shock a sailor. For content warnings please click on the book cover and scroll to the copyright page.

Not what I expected but WOW!

I have always loved Lawrencovna’s writing, and this one is the best so far!
She adds a new twist to the whole nursery rhyme rewrite. I don’t want to say too much because it’ll spoil it for you.
I would give this book 100 stars!

“The story grabs you and drags you into the book – So Sweet: A Tale as Old as Time: (A Fairy Tale Retelling) (The Never Lands Saga) by Andi Lawrencovna

There once was a castle in the woods, claimed by a terrible Beast…
I was a simple girl, living a simple life of clothes and needles, never seeking adventure, glad to dress those who did. But the world is full of magic, and spells never let rest those caught in their thorns.
A rose by any other name…
The tattoo on my hand was dying, the petals falling faster and faster. All because of the curse within the trees, and those held in its thrall threatening to break free.
What would you give up to save those you love most? What would you risk facing in the Darkness of the Woods?
My name is Amarice. And this is my Tale.
So Sweet
Who but a Beauty can Judge a Beast?

Fantastic story!

I really enjoyed all of the characters and the beautiful way the story unfolded. I love her world-building. The way the story grabs you and drags You into the book! It was great! I look forward to reading more!

“Another great twist on a classic fairy tale.” – Out of the Woods: A Mother Goose Legend (The Never Lands Saga) by Andi Lawrencovna

There was an old woman who lived in a shoe;
She had so many children, she didn’t know what to do.
She fed them all broth without any bread;
Then whipped them all soundly and sent them to bed.
~Mother Goose, The Dorling Kindersley Book of Nursery Rhymes (2000)She took them from the woods, and she took them from dells, from hamlets and homesteads and across the wide world, she found young orphans, those abandoned and left on their own, and gave them a home. And all she asked for was a little piece of their soul in payment…Whoever said nursery rhymes were harmless?

Fantastic addition to the Never Land universe

Another great twist on a classic fairy tale. Ms. Lawrencovna is excellent at writing complicated, interesting characters who you learn to love (or love to hate).

“Great little starter story” – The First Ball: A Charming Short Story (The Never Lands Saga) by Andi Lawrencovna

In the Never Lands, Birthday Celebrations tend to be a little more festive than in other worlds. No silly little parties with only family and friends, but rather grand balls with princes and princesses and assassins, oh my.
What’s a ball without some intrigue?
Have a Happy Birthday with Prince Christophe as he celebrates in The First Ball.
Fairy Tales just got a little bit darker.

Mary R. Woldering

Great little starter story

This short story is a good startup to the Charming series written by Ms. Lawrencovna. It’s easy to read and introduces the characters. Kit, a prince whose father wants him married, hasn’t found a bride. Many balls have been arranged and then he meets someone unexpected. But if you think this is going to be a typical fairy tale, think again.
Very well written.

“A great story of dragons, magic, and romance. Lovely” – The Dragon’s Storm: A Breath of Fyre Novel: (A Dragon Romance) Kindle Edition by Andi Lawrencovna

Line Blurb

Are you brave enough to dare the Dragon’s Storm? Long, long ago, long before man learned to worship gods or fear the power of the unknown, there were dragons to bow before. Dragons who ruled the world. Who could bury it beneath a flood of rain born from the drop of a tear or crack the earth asunder with a step upon its sands? But that was long ago before the beast was trapped beneath the seas for his impertinence of befriending the woman whose power called to his own before her descendant stood upon the shoreline and begged the sleeping giant to save the world that had relegated him to myth and legend. Havence Ilvanysto had always been taught to fear the dragon. That he would destroy everything she held dear if he was released from his watery prison, but her world was ending, and he was the only hope she had. Ouros swore vengeance against the witch who he thinks imprisoned him and all who came after her. He didn’t care what her reasoning was, so long as her line suffered as he had been forced to suffer for centuries uncounted. But how can he keep to his vow when the only one brave enough to stand with him in the eye of the storm, is the one he’s sworn vengeance against?

A great story of dragons, magic, and romance. Lovely

A Breath of Fyre novel, this is a thrilling tale of dragons and ancient gods, magic, and romance. The relationship between Havence and Ouros really winds through the story, keeping the reader hooked as they want to find out what happens to them. An excellent read.

“Ms. Lawrencovna spins a tale that takes you to places you have only ever dreamed of! ” – The Dragon’s Sacrifice: A Breath of Fyre Novel (The Never Lands Saga) by Andi Lawrencovna

No one knows what came first, man or dragon, but throughout history, man feared the great fire-breathing beast, terrified of its breath and its claws. Man ran long and far from the winged serpent until he came to a land rich and fertile, green where the dragon’s lands were blackened with the ash of its fire.

The dragon didn’t follow.

Until now.

She was out picking fruits to see her people through the winter months, innocent in her adventuring, never expecting to come upon a beast in the woods, one so great and mighty he was more myth than reality.

He frightened her, and in her fall, he saved her life.

Why would a creature, reported to be the very basest of evils in the world, stop to save the life of a girl he didn’t know? Couldn’t care about?

How could she not return the favor when his life came into question by her people?

Ciandra, Daughter of the Darkness, Elf of the Forest.

Trinigon FyreBreath, the Great Red Dragon.

A forbidden affair that could cost them their lives, but how can they say no when the Dragon’s Sacrifice has no fear of the flames?

Darlene Kuncytes

Her writing style is poetic and beautiful! I was hooked from the start and could …

Wow! This lady can write! Ms. Lawrencovna spins a tale that takes you to places you have only ever dreamed of! Her writing style is poetic and beautiful! I was hooked from the start and could not put it down. I can’t wait to travel through the Neverlands again and again! Great read!

“Beautifully written ending to Eli and Kit’s story” – The Prince: A Crown and Dagger Book Three: (The Never Lands Saga) by Andi Lawrencovna

It’s time. Within a year the Prince must die, or he and his people and his kingdom will survive uncontested. Within a year, there are those already on the move, already lying in wait to fulfill fate. Reports of a mercenary army have begun to spread throughout the land. Soldiers have been called to prepare for war and captains have been summoned to lead them. Spies have been sent forth to gather information. Assassins have been requisitioned to hunt out those meant to die.
And princes have been sent to hide deep within the woods.
Kit can’t help looking around every corner for his Captain far away on her own mission. Perhaps he should look harder for the trees to hide more secrets than just the elves of the forest.
How long can you hide from your enemies to find you? How long can you lie before the truth sets you free? And who will find you when the smoke clears, and you’re safe once more?
How much can you endure before you can’t bear the burden of prophecy anymore?
Once upon a time…

K.M.M.88

Beautifully written ending to Eli and Kit’s story

The Prince ends Eli and Kit’s story while leaving the door open for infinite possibilities in Never Land. As we’ve come to expect from Ms. Lawrencovna’s books, there is fantastic action, political intrigue, and battles for entire kingdoms. Eli grows even more as a character in this book, while still retaining her snarky, kickass exterior. Kit finally becomes the leader his people have been waiting for, ready to fight for everyone, no matter the curse. And do Eli and Kit live happily ever after? Oh, c’mon. Like I’d really tell you. Highly recommend this book!

“The story gets better and better, the intrigue deeper and deeper. ” – The Captain: A Crown and Dagger Book Two (The Never Lands Saga) by Andi Lawrencovna

There was a time before Prince Christophe was born when the worst fate his people had to worry about was war with their troll neighbors or an invasion from elfin forces beyond the woods. But that was before he was born and was cursed.
If he dies, so do his people.
Such a simple phrase, so oblique, and yet Kit has lived his life in fear of the prophecy, searching every shadow for assassins to come to get him.
Until she came and took up arms in his defense.
Warrior and witch. Assassin and priest. She was his teacher and his protector. His friend. The only woman ever to run from him at the end of a ball, and the only woman he ever asked to stay.
But Eli is an outsider in the human world, and trusted only so far, even by the man who desires more from her than her skill with a blade. The longer she remains with him, the more she falls for her prince in a world where her prince’s life is the fate of his lands.
As the time of the prophecy draws near, Eli and Kit will face more than dwarves and shadows to find solace with each other and salvation for their people.
Sometimes the one most suited to protect you is the one who holds the sharpest blade.
And there is no sharper sword than:

                                    The Captain

LJ Vickery

Captain captivates!

The story gets better and better, the intrigue deeper and deeper. Ella and Kit throw sparks with every encounter, through war and strife, yet both remain true to the edicts of their birth. Hurrying on to book three for my happily ever after!
