Two terrific stories about families, love lost and found around the magic of the holidays. The main attractions characters were mostly likeable although there were a few times Megan was just ornery. One thing started bugging me, even though it was in the back story, Brices background with his ex and his brother was extremely simular to Mel’s with her sister in A Mommy For Christmas. As the circumstances are not something that is common, I have to wonder if this is something the author feels the need to emphasize. Siblings cannot be trusted.
‘The Christmas House’ was a wonderful short story about two devastated individuals who find healing after extreme pain in each other.
